Destination Wedding Dress Rehearsal Terms and Conditions

By means of this document and by signing below, we agree to accept the terms of the Destination Wedding Dress Rehearsal, by Karisma program and to the following conditions:

1. We certify that our wedding date and time has not been reserved at any Karisma property prior to attending the Destination Wedding Dress Rehearsal, or we will be charged full price for the room.
2. We will perform a scheduled site inspection of our host hotel at the time confirmed by the wedding team. We agree to attend a wedding presentation on Tuesday morning from 9am to 1:30pm. Round---trip transfers will be provided complimentary.
3. If we choose to schedule site inspections of other Karisma Hotels in addition to our host hotel, a nonrefundable fee of $25 per leg will be charged between resorts. Arrangements must be done no later than 2 weeks before traveling.
4. If we fail to show up for the scheduled site inspection(s) or cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, we will be charged the full price for the transfers.

We understand by failing to meet any of these requirements we will be charged rack rate for our room or transfer fees upon check out, which will be placed directly onto our credit card. The Destination Wedding Dress Rehearsal can only be cancelled and rescheduled 14 days before event**.
